The facilities were top-notch. Karaoke, restaurant, souvenir shop, massage devices, and onsen with 5 pools including a cold pool and sauna. Free shuttle service to Kaga Onsen Station.

We were impressed by the array of facilities this hotel offers such as a karaoke room, a restaurant, and a souvenir shop. Additionally, the onsen has five pools including a cold one, and a sauna inside. We particularly enjoyed the massage chairs outside the onsen area which were a great way to relax after a long day. Another excellent feature is that the hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearest station, making it very convenient for us to get around this city.

The hotel had an array of facilities including karaoke, restaurant, souvenir shop and massage devices. the hot springs were amazing with 5 different pools and a sauna inside. Plus, the complimentary shuttle service was really helpful!
It was a bit inconvenient to not have shower facilities in the room and to have to bathe at the hot springs. if you return late after 11pm, the hot springs close and you can't shower for the night.

The hotel was great, with plenty of facilities available for guests. We really enjoyed the karaoke and massage devices available, and the onsen area had 5 different pools to choose from, including a cold pool. The complimentary shuttle service to the nearby station was a great touch, making it easy to get around.
The hotel had no shower facilities in the rooms, making it necessary to bathe in the onsen area. if you arrived back at the hotel after 11pm, the onsen was closed and you were unable to shower for the night.
